The EC360 Silver series thermal pads are the advanced variant in segment of high thermal conductivity, at eye level with high-performance thermal paste.
With a very high thermal conductivity of 12W/mK, they are the first choice for a wide range of applications.

Examples of use are cooling of CPUs, GPUs, memory chips and other electrical components.
They are particularly suitable for water cooling and very flexible thanks to their consistency kneading type.
When pressed, the pads are permanently deformed, flexibly adapt to the surface structure and do not return to their shape.
At the same time, they are self-adhering, which facilitates assembly.

They are the perfect solution for heat transfer in difficult conditions when thermal paste is not possible.

Safe handling is guaranteed, as the pads insulate electrically and therefore there is no risk of short circuits.
The cut is easy with scissors and allows a perfect adaptation to the size of the surface to be glued. Installation Instructions:

• Clean the surface of grease and other contaminants, we recommend cleaning the surface with 90% isopropyl alcohol.
• Now peel off the thicker protective film, put the heating pad on and press lightly.
• Then remove the remaining protective film and install the radiator on the heating pad.
