1. How many versions does the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series have?
The DJI Mavic 3 Series has two versions: DJI Mavic 3E and DJI Mavic 3T. DJI Mavic 3E is equipped with a 20MP wide-angle camera with a 4/3 CMOS and a zoom camera, to provide powerful imaging capability frequently used for surveying, inspection and security missions. DJI Mavic 3T is equipped with a 48MP wide-angle camera with a 1/2-inch sensor, a zoom camera and a thermal camera, to provide thermal imaging, useful in night rescues, fire fighting and power inspections.

2. How do you get the service provided in the Tranquility Basic Pack of víMavic 3T?
Request the service in the Technical Support of the official website of DJI. For Mavic 3T, the first substitution is €264 and the second substitution is €289.
With portium Care Express, you’ll be sent a replacement item once the replacement fee has been paid and the damaged device has been received.

1. Measured with Mavic 3 flying at a constant speed of 32.3 km/h, at sea level and in a windless environment, until the battery reached 0%. The data is for reference only. During the flight, pay attention to RPO reminders in the APP Pilot 2.
2. Mavic 3E is equipped with a 20MP camera with a 4/3 CMOS and a zoom camera. Mavic 3T is equipped with a 48MP wide-angle camera with 1/2-inch CMOS, a zoom camera and an infrared camera.
3. DO NOT expose the thermal camera lens to intense energy sources, such as sunlight, lava, or laser rays. Otherwise, the camera sensor could burn out and suffer permanent damage.

5. DO NOT use the aircraft in adverse weather conditions, including wind speeds exceeding 12m/s, snow, rain, fog, hail or lightning. DO NOT fly the aircraft at 6000 meters (19,685 feet) or more above sea level. DO NOT fly the aircraft in environments where the temperature is below –10°C (14°F) or above 40°C (104°F). DO NOT take off from moving objects, such as cars or boats. DO NOT fly near reflective surfaces, such as water or snow. Otherwise, the vision system may be limited. If the GNSS signal is weak, fly the aircraft only in environments with good lighting and visibility. Poor ambient light could cause abnormal operation of the vision system. Pay special attention to flight safety when flying near areas with magnetic or radio interference. Common sources of magnetic or radio interference include high-voltage cables, large electrical transmission stations, radar stations, mobile base stations, broadcast towers, Wi-Fi hotspots, routers and Bluetooth devices.
6. Only supported in manual flight mode. Fly with caution in hazardous environments.
7. Cellular adapter is not available in some countries and regions. Consult your local distributors.
